The policy does not apply to information that are published for the public domain such as your property name, description, dates booked, and guest comments and personal information where the guest has elected for it to be displayed.

D-Instinct collects personal information when you apply and register for a D-Instinct account. We only collect personal information that is necessary for us to provide you with the services offered on our site. This personal information includes your name, email address and password, which are required to gain access to your account.

D-Instinct may set cookies on your computer to allow you to log into your D-Instinct account without having to type your login information each time.

- We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with D-Instinct under confidentiality agreements. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.

- We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to D-Instinct service and offerings, such as service announcements, administrative messages relating to the operation of your property's calendar and newsletters that are considered part of your D-Instinct account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them as long as you have not personally deleted your D-Instinct account.

Opt Out Cancellation Policy

At anytime, you can delete your D-Instinct account. You are in control of the account you have created yourself and established with D-Instinct. You just need to log in to your D-Instinct account, and then select "Delete this Account". Please note that your you will no longer receive any communication from D-Instinct.
