We are a group of skaters from different backgrounds, who have all been taught to skate by Paul Da Costa (PDC). Our passion and ability in skating has enabled all of our team to become confident instructors, who like to share our knowledge with everyone. Whether they want to learn the basics, have a refresher, or take skating to the highest level.

Severine Da Costa
Sev joined Paul's roller lessons and disco in Feb 1998 and has never looked back since. Her passion for skating is highly visible and is translated in her teaching to beginners.
The team,s baby, Gabs has been trained by Paul since the age of 9 and at only 15 has already achieve her Fars grades 1 to 9. Gabs talent and skills has made her and excellent instructor and her sweet nature and patience make her very popular amongst the little ones.
Emma-Lee started skating with D-Instinct in 2006. She chose quads, and progressed through the levels rapidly, and has been an instructor since 2012. She can be seen elegantly teaching, every other weekend.
Erik and his daughters, took skating lessons from Paul between 2006 and 2012, and occasionally still do. He and his daughters have participated eagerly in the roller disco, and together have become familiar faces at the roller disco ever since. Although Erik is not currently working as an employee, he has become a very important member of the crew. He is one of the driving forces behind the scene.
Our only member on roller-blades, he is a very popular member of the crew. Ben started skating with Paul in 1996, coming along to the roller disco, but definitely learnt his skills through the hockey sessions that Paul used to run. His enthusiasm and patient nature makes everyone notice him. Anyone who choses roller-blading over quads, will be reassured that they can achieve the same level of skating, plus a few extra tricks, that only Ben does.
